Lumeno Glass Lens / Replacement Lens 614X for Professional Use with 3 or 5 dioptres
The Lumeno 614X replacement magnifier is a high-quality real-glass lens with a diameter of approx. 177 mm, specially developed to replace scratched or damaged lenses in magnifying lamps.
Switching to a different dioptre strength when requirements change is also possible. The choice of two different dioptre strengths provides the right magnification for many applications.
The lens is available in different magnifications:
3 dioptres (1.75x magnification)
- Working distance: 33 cm
- Ideal for reading, handicrafts, cosmetics
- Benefit: Optimal compromise between magnification and working distance
5 dioptres (2.25x magnification)
- Working distance: 20 cm
- Ideal for electronics, nail design, jewellery making
- Benefit: Optimal compromise between magnification and working distance
Fits all common magnifying lamps with a 177 mm lens, for example the Lumeno magnifying lamps of the 824XPRO series.
The biconvex real-glass lens ensures a clear, low-distortion view, with a slight blue tinge when viewed from the side being natural. The lens is ideal for professional applications that demand the highest image sharpness and reliability.
Please note that as the magnification increases, distortions also increase for technical reasons.
Frequently asked questions
Does this lens fit my lamp?
Matching works via series and diameter – both are in the product title (e.g. 152 mm for the 851X series). If in doubt, measure the diameter of your old lens or send our service team the model number from the type plate – they will name the right lens for you.

Crystal clear or standard – what is the difference?
Standard glass lenses have a minimal green tint that usually goes unnoticed while working. The crystal-clear version is colour-neutral – the right choice when you need to judge colours, for example in cosmetics, print or electronics.

Can I install a different dioptre strength than before?
The springs in the articulated arm are factory-tuned to the weight of the installed lens. Swapping for the same strength is straightforward; with a heavier or lighter lens the arm can lose its balance and needs readjusting.

Does it matter which way round I insert the lens?
No – the orientation of the lens plays no role during installation; top and bottom are equivalent.

How we check reviews
The reviews shown here are collected through our review service Judge.me. Every incoming review is automatically matched against the orders placed in our shop. Reviews that can be matched to an order are marked “Verified”; where no purchase could be established, that mark is absent. We carry out no further checks on individual reviews.
