Frequently asked questions
T4 or T9 – which replacement tube fits mine?
The tube diameter is decisive: T4 is the slim rod tube, T9 the noticeably thicker ring tube. The most common mispurchase is the wrong diameter – compare the print on your old tube before ordering or measure it; if in doubt our service team can help from a photo.

Is converting to LED worthwhile?
Often yes: for older series our service offers an LED ring with driver board as a spare part – after that, tube and starter are no longer needed. Ask with your model number whether a conversion kit exists for your lamp.
